Energy Diagnostics is hiring Energy Sealers to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and excited to work in the residential construction industry. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide all the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. Experience in construction, insulation, or weatherization is a plus, but not a must.
In this role, you’ll work on-site at new home construction projects throughout Illinois, applying air sealing measures that boost energy efficiency, comfort, and overall performance. You’ll help builders meet important energy code requirements while contributing to the delivery of high-quality, energy-efficient homes.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, as you’ll travel to residential job sites each day. The good news? You’ll be driving a company-provided work van and using a company gas card, so you won’t be putting miles or fuel costs on your personal vehicle. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently are essential to success in this field-based position.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical individual to join our team as an Energy Consumption Modeler, supporting our work in affordable housing and utility allowance modeling.
In this role, you’ll use building information, utility rates, and energy consumption calculations to help determine accurate utility allowances for affordable housing developments across the country. Your work helps property owners and managers understand utility costs, recognize the value of energy-efficient buildings, and make informed financial decisions.
You don’t need to be an experienced energy modeler to succeed here. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, pays close attention to details, is comfortable learning technical information, and takes pride in getting things right.
