This position offers the opportunity to work in the dynamic field of residential construction while contributing to the success of our clients’ projects. This position involves a great deal of vehicular travel and, therefore, requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

As a Final Phase Energy Modeler, you’ll confirm that energy-saving features perform as intended, support code compliance, and provide actionable insights to help builders deliver buildings that meet both operational goals and project expectations.

Confirm compliance: Run detailed energy models to verify projects meet or exceed energy codes
Defend efficiency features: Use modeling to quantify energy savings and operational benefits of high-performance systems, helping protect them during value engineering decisions.
