Energy Diagnostics is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated field Construction Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring quality and compliance for new construction homes in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana. You will conduct site inspections, collect and document data, review construction specifications, and create comprehensive reports. This position offers the opportunity to work in the dynamic field of residential construction while contributing to the success of our clients’ projects. This position involves a great deal of vehicular travel and, therefore, requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
To be considered for this position, you must have a valid driver’s license, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to being a valuable team player. While a background in construction or home inspections is preferred, your willingness to learn is most essential to this role. Travel to our Valparaiso, Indiana office will be required for training and occasional meetings.
